America2UK is a UK-based online store that imports and sells genuine products sourced from the United States, including food, beauty items, collectibles, and more.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include import taxes, customs fees, and VAT — the price you see is the price you pay.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove products or content at any time without notice.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed in GBP (£) through secure payment gateways such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent).
You have provided accurate shipping, billing and contact information.
You understand that some products may have limited availability or may be imported from the United States in small quantities.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and America2UK is formed when your order is dispatched and we send you confirmation of dispatch.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, availability and prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, technical, administrative or pricing errors may occasionally occur.

If a product has been listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the affected item or order before dispatch. If we identify a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and, where appropriate, give you the option to purchase the item at the correct price or cancel it.

We are not obliged to supply a product at an incorrect price where the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative where available or issue a full refund for the unavailable item. If the unavailable item was the only item in your order, any applicable delivery charge paid for that order will also be refunded.

3. Shipping

All orders are shipped from the UK with tracked delivery.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or seasonal demand.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your parcel has been dispatched.

If a parcel is lost in transit, we’ll investigate with the courier and offer reimbursement or replacement once confirmed.

4. Refunds & Returns

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases.
In summary:

Food and perishable items cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched.
Non-food items may be returned if damaged or incorrect (within 14 days of delivery).
Custom or special orders are non-refundable.
