Refund policy

We want you to love everything you order from America2UK! Please read below to understand how refunds and returns work.


Food & Perishable Items

Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or returns on food once it has been dispatched.
All expiry dates and packaging are checked before shipping.

If your item arrives damaged or spoiled in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll open a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-Food Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect non-food item (for example, beauty products, collectibles, or merchandise), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.


Missing or Lost Parcels

All orders include tracked shipping.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll work with the courier to locate it. Please allow up to 10 business days for courier investigations.


Custom Requests

Custom or special-order items are non-refundable, as these are sourced specifically for you.
