Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day.
Pre-orders will be dispatched on the date specified on the product listing.
During busy periods or product launches, dispatch times may vary slightly — but we’ll always keep you updated by email.
Shipping Options
We ship UK-wide using Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Standard Shipping – Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–5 business days

Express Shipping – Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 business days
All orders include tracking, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address.
We occasionally offer free delivery promotions — check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated!
Import Taxes & Customs
Good news — all customs duties and taxes are included in our prices.
You’ll never have to pay extra on delivery. We take care of everything for you.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details first.
If it still appears stuck or missing, contact us at america2uk@outlook.com — we’ll reach out to Royal Mail to investigate.
Please allow up to 10 business days for courier investigations.
Damaged Parcels
We take great care when packing your order, but if it arrives damaged, please email america2uk@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents.
We’ll file a claim with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Custom Requests
If you’ve placed a custom order or special request, shipping times may vary depending on when we next travel to the U.S. to collect stock.
